Ashy faeces aside, this book is a dense nugget of wisdom. This print edition is the only version I can find, other that the 1913 original. Better grab a copy fast, before H. Fletcher's manifesto starts flying off the shelves and you can't get a copy for your own bathroom!
This book is a life changer. I learned about the value of chewing food as the food digests in the mouth. I recommend this book to everyone.
