I am seeking to find and receive the gifts of the Spirit. This book has helped me better understand why I am making that spiritual journey.
I just loved this book. It is honest and true. He explains how to truly ark and find the HolySpirit. I am going to read it over and over again. In the case I have missed or forgotten something.
There wereally just so many grammatical, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure errors they distracted me from the message of the book. Often I ended up re-reading sentences that were hard to follow because of the errors. His message is a good one, he just badly needs an editor.
This book taught me all the basic biblical knowledge i needed about the holy spirit. I really appreciated the thorough use of both old and new testaments. Well worth reading. Could use better editing, but the message is so much more important.
I found reading and learning about God and the Holy Spirit very unique and interesting. I love it. It strengthen my walk with Jesus and I want to continue to learn more about Him. I am interested in more of your books. It was direct and more to the point. Oh how I love Jesus'. Thank you.
The author brought out many valid points, but often times didn't seem to prove his point. He'd bring you to the edge of the cliff, and then leave you. Many questions are still unanswered.
Although I believe the prosperity gospel to be a false teaching, the author seems to have a personal vendetta against it that he brings up in every chapter. It's a little overkill.
Lastly, I struggled with all of the grammatical errors. There were run on sentences, punctuation in odd places, and sentences that seemed to stop in mid thought. I understand that the book is self published, but a little editing should have caught most of these.
This book was very enlightening. The author exceptional knowledge was a blessing to me, especially his discussion of the 9 spiritual gifts. I would highly recommend this book to anyone seeking knowledge and information on how to receive the Holy Spirit.
