I would recommend to anyone who enjoys historical westerns with some romance. One reason I liked the book is that Wyoming is my home state, so I was familiar with the towns mentioned. This is the continuing story of two sisters one who becomes a sheep herder and the other a Dr. niether profession highly favored for women in the 1800's. They both have a desire to make it in their chosen professions. Read about how they accomplish their goals. The men that they love, the loyalty and honor they have and also their human tendencies.This is a sequel but it can stand alone as they author fills in the background somewhat.
Their are some intimate scenes but not to descriptive, and not many, just so you are aware, and some language but again not much and I guess it would be considered mild.I will most likely read more from this author.
I too love Wyoming.

Fascinating...........held my attention all the way. Highly recommend
It is enjoyable to read about women who had a role in taming the West. While the storiy is fictionized it is based on real persons of the lmid-to -late 1800s.
The first book was solid and this was a great sequel. With its strong female characters this should especially appeal to distaff fans of Westerns and pioneer stories, but recommended to either gender. A satisfying read.
After experiencing book I, I immediately delved into book II. As a constant reader......and therefore reading many books, this 2 BOOK series was an unbelievable enjoyable, educational and emotional event that encompassed my life for several days and will continue to effect me for a long time.
This is an exceptionally good read and a must is that you also read book one and three. Both sisters have different goals, and nothing will stop them from achieving them.
I enjoyed the two books in this series. They are a very interesting and entertaining story that anyone who loves a romance that is also a great adventure will not regret taking the time to read. You will want to read both of the books to get the whole adventure. I regretted it ending. Gary
